Moving On? How do you cope with so many changes and emotional challenges when dealing with Transition?
Transition is a major developmental skill that many struggle with generally. Moving outside your comfort zone and experiencing something new is something that many find tough to manage. Young people moving from Primary to Secondary, Secondary to College and from College to University are significant transition periods, with many finding it hard to adjust and maintain.
