How we manage and acknowledge our emotions has a major impact on how we present and how we are received.
With so much emphasis on first impressions and furthering our working and personal relationships, acquiring the skills necessary to put our best foot forward is ever-increasingly becoming a vital commodity and much sought after attribute. AIMS This programme seeks to clearly define what Emotional Literacy is and develop our ability to effectively assess our emotions, become more empathic of others emotions and develop the skills required to sensitively use that information to inform action. FOCUS GROUP Ideal for Primary & Secondary settings, including PRU's, YOT's and is an additional component for the 1:1 Mentoring service.
